Description
The publication is a first approach in the reconstruction of the musical history of the Conservatory of Our Lady of of Solitude, also known as Santa María de la Soledad or simply Soledad, a charitable for the daughters of Spanish soldiers stationed in Naples, founded in 1589. Of the ancient institution the Historical Archive survives today,
a precious heritage containing documentation from the end of the 16th century to the beginning of the 20th century.
