Goccia is a song for two voices that initially respond to one another in alternation and eventually come together in a close canon. Its musical character evokes the world of jazz through the use of minor scales with a raised fourth. The piece was inspired by a poem by Elisa Gastaldon, which calls for the responsible use of water and urges us not to waste it.
