Product Catalogue
Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini invests a lot of resources in trying to make its catalogue as up-to-date as possible; however, it may happen that, among the millions of products included in the catalogue, some information about the products is not correct.
For example, descriptions and images may not be accurate, complete, up-to-date or correct. Should it happen that the product you have received does not perfectly reflect the information available on the site, you can still return it by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the product.
It may happen that some products indicated as available at the time of the order turn out to be unavailable from our suppliers. In this case, the product will be automatically cancelled from your order and you will be notified by e-mail at no cost to you.
If you paid by credit card, your credit card will not be charged for the amount of the cancelled products, whereas if you chose cash on delivery, the amount of the cancelled products will be deducted from the amount to be paid upon delivery.
If the cancelled product is the only one in your order, your order will also be cancelled. If your order contains other available products, these will be sent to you as usual.
In the absence of other information, the price shown in the catalogue is the manufacturer’s suggested list price or an estimate based on average prices in the product’s sector.
Despite our efforts, it may happen that some products have incorrect prices.
The times indicated in the product detail sheet are purely indicative and not binding for Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini. In fact, it may happen that, due to delays in deliveries to our offices, these deadlines are not always respected on time.
Contractual rules
Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini offers products for sale in its online shop windows.

Before sending the order, you will be offered a summary with the relative prices, and you will be asked to choose the shipping method and costs and the payment method.
At this point, by clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you will be able to transfer your purchase proposal to Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini, which will manage it considering each product in the shopping cart individually. An automatic e-mail confirmation (“Order Confirmation”) will notify you of the receipt of the purchase proposal: this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the proposal by Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini but only confirmation of its receipt and of the start of the process of data verification and availability of the products requested.
The execution of the sales contract with Fondazione Pietà de’ Turchini will take place exclusively with the sending of the e-mail of acceptance of your purchase proposal, which will also contain information relative to the shipment and the expected date of delivery (“Order Shipment”).

Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
The return of the product(s) is your responsibility. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
